7th Annual Vancouver Island Tattoo Wows the Audience    

Awards presentations, Vancouver Island Band DisplayMore than 210 Cadets Showcase Talent in Victoria. 8 May 2004 was a day for Vancouver Island musicians to show off their musical skills in the Vancouver Island Band Display and the 7th Annual Spring Tattoo. Both were held at the Archie Browning Arena in Esquimalt. Performers included Victoria area Air cadets with a 55 piece massed band and out of town guests included the Clan Gorden Pipe Band of Tacoma Washington.
